1. What’s the way from the idea to the end-product?

Mostly we discuss and decide what we can do and what will work best for our drawings as textiles.
For the project #01 Su-Pyo prepared 7 new drawings ( click here to see all drawings) and
Mingi designed and also made by herself products, on which some of these drawings are ironed.

2. Which textile do you use for your products?

Mostly 100% cotton made in Korea.

3. Where can I buy your products?

At the Online Shop of Mingi Lee or per Email to mzlee9(at)gmail.com

4. How can I pay?

Paypal for worldwide customers and Paypal or account transfer for customers in Korea.

5. Can I customize the product?

You can change the placement of pockets or fastenings and the images you would like.

6. Do you ship your products worldwide?

Yes, we do. :-)

7. When will I receive my order?

As soon as payment is completed Mingi hand-makes and packs your order ready to ship
in 1~3 working days if there is no special customizing and the amount of your order is under 10 pieces. Standard delivery in Korea takes 3~5 working days and is FREE.

The shipping outside of Korea depends on each country and its postal service and can be subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

8. Can I return or refund it?

We want you to be 100% happy with your order. If a product is defective, unworn, unused and unwashed product can be refund or exchanged within 15 days of delivery. Please include a copy of the packing slip that was sent with your original purchase. Postage for items sent back is paid by you. Once your item is received and processed, a new product will be sent to you(postage paid by us) with an email confirmation.
