It took for me pretty long time to understand to kick a yop-chagi 옆차기 . First with green belt i begin to see how it works, principally. The very first basic was, 1. First knee then leg 2.to lift the knee up, i need core. 3. to stretch the leg, i need flexibilty at hamstrings. 4. And now for the technique, i need the muscle on my butt! This side kick seems to those beginners including me like kind of puzzle, if you only try to kick with heel toward back. Probably i will learn more detailed as i grow up with next belt color. Conclusion of my drawing story: i had whole week long sour muscles on my butt.😂😂😂
